Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the design, development and maintenance of training applications to meet enterprise functional business requirements and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain training applications to meet enterprise functional business requirements and operational needs.
  • Manage the initiation, development and implementation of site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
  • Create and maintain training materials to maximize campaign task mastery and personal development.
  • Create and execute Team Leader and Teammate development training, including detailed curriculum, training delivery and evaluation.
  • Serve as the in-house training expert, maintaining training materials and documents for all levels, from new teammates to tenured team leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly independent and motivated with the ability to oversee projects to completion and adapt training materials to different audiences.
