Maintain facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, cleaning, and replacement of equipment and furnishings. Perform a variety of construction, repair, and maintenance tasks. Performs related duties as assigned by its immediate superior.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Aleast High School Graduate

  2. With knowledge and skills in basic electrical, plumbing,and carpentry works

  3. Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

  4. Time management skills.

  5. Punctual and reliable.

  6. Ability to lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
