Location: 164 D. TUAZON ST. BRGY.MAHARLIKA QUEZON CITY

We are looking for a Utility Clerk7Janitor who will take care of our building, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety. The role involves maintaining designated areas, carrying out routine inspections, and assisting with minor repairs when needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • With proven experience as a Janitor or similar role
  • Physically fit to handle standing, bending, lifting (at least 25 lbs.), and cleaning duties
  • Knowledgeable in cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety precautions
  • Can work independently, responsible, and trustworthy
  • Willing to work on holidays and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of first aid, CPR, and self-defense is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and supply designated building areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, etc.)
  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance tasks
  • Carry out deep cleaning and special projects
  • Report deficiencies or repair needs to management
  • Make minor adjustments/repairs and use tools as instructed
  • Maintain and stock supply rooms
  • Cooperate with staff and fill out daily checklists
  • Follow safety rules, health guidelines, and company policies
