Job Summary:

The Call Agent serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, prospects, and suppliers. This role supports the sales team in expanding market reach, increasing the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Call Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting company offerings, and ensuring accurate communication between site teams, sales, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Outreach Support – Assist in penetrating new geographic markets through outbound calls, lead identification, and data gathering.
  • Lead Generation & Revenue Support – Help grow the company's customer base and revenue by actively following up with potential leads and prospects.
  • Account Servicing – Maintain regular communication with existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Engagement – Present and explain company products/services to potential clients, and arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the company's CRM or tracking system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, project management, HR) to relay updates and client needs.
Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate; a college degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience as a Call Agent in a sales environment is an advantage, especially in the construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Computer-literate (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
