Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst located in Quezon City. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving performance and quality of services. Tasks include reviewing and auditing calls or transactions, providing feedback, creating and maintaining quality reports, and collaborating with teams to ensure adherence to company standards. The role also involves training and mentoring staff to enhance overall quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Analysis, Monitoring, and Auditing
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining quality reports
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and feedback skills
  • Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
  • Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and practices
  • Experience in the customer service or BPO industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
