The Regional Sales Officer (RSO) and Team Leader for the Regional Team is responsible for leading and managing a group of employees or team members within a specific geographical region. This role plays a crucial part in achieving the company's goals and ensuring efficient operations at the regional level. The Team Leader is responsible for the overall achievement of all sales volume and business objectives of his covered areas including all existing and future products of Loans Services Group-core products, micro finance, micro insurance, and others.

She/He is also accountable for building, developing, and maintaining a quality sales force team in his areas. ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:Lead, coach, and mentor a regional team to achieve their individual and collective goals, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity. Performance Management:Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance appraisals, and addressing any performance issues.

Goal Setting:Collaborate with higher management to set clear, achievable goals for the regional team that align with the company's objectives. Resource Allocation:Allocate resources effectively to optimize team performance, including personnel, equipment, and budgetary resources. Communication:Foster open and effective communication within the team and with other departments, ensuring that information flows smoothly and efficiently.

Identification of growth expansion areas and escalates to HeadsTraining and Development:Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Problem Solving:Proactively identify and address challenges or obstacles that may impact team performance and regional operations. Compliance: Ensure that the team operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, regional activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to RSO or immediate head or from time to time to higher management as needed

Handling of regular evaluation of FSAs and ILOsManaging of 3-Month Plans of FSAsConduct of area mapping validation

Customer Relations:Maintain positive relationships with customers or clients in the region, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Properly coordinates with CSB and other stakeholders
