About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to ensure materials are sourced on time, at the right cost and quality. You'll play a key role in keeping production and customer orders on track by working closely with suppliers and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for raw materials and packaging.
  • Ensure on-time procurement of all materials to meet customer order and production timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure suppliers meet quality and cost requirements.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and maintain updated price lists and contracts.
  • Provide regular updates to production, sales, and management on expected material arrival dates.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure vendor payments are properly scheduled and aligned with company terms.
  • Continuously look for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience (manufacturing or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering results under pressure.
