We are looking for a Junior Auditor / Accountant to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for a fresh graduate who wants to be mentored by CPAs from the Big 4 Accounting Firms, gain hands-on experience in both financial audits and accounting compliance, and build a solid foundation in the profession.

At Quirino C. Gotauco CPA's Office, we believe in training from the ground up. You won't just do tasks—you'll understand the "why" behind every number and grow with guidance every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a dual-role position where you'll gain experience in both audit and accounting:

Audit Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the audit of financial statements
  • Join audit fieldwork for clients in various industries like manufacturing, holding & investment companies, leasing, freight, etc.
  • Prepare working papers and schedules
  • Learn the audit process from planning to reporting

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping for various clients
  • Assist in tax compliance (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes)
  • Help prepare BIR submissions and other regulatory documents
  • Learn and handle government compliance processes (Books of Accounts, ATP, ORs, CORs, etc.)
Who We're Looking For:
  • BS Accountancy graduate (or equivalent)
  • No work experience needed
  • Eager to learn the full scope of accounting, not just one aspect
  • Teachable, respectful, and willing to be challenged
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Can communicate well in English and Filipino
  • Willing to work on-site and occasionally visit client locations
