Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and monthly closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  2. Manage sub-ledger reconciliations and supervise accounts payable/receivable with proper documentation review.

  3. Handle company treasury functions and ensure timely tax filings (VAT, EWT, Final Tax, ITR, etc.).

  4. Maintain updated tax schedules and ensure all tax payments are made before deadlines.

  5. Assist in year-end Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and Alphalist submissions.

  6. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for compliance and perform tax reconciliations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Tax major.

  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same position, handling general accounting and Philippine taxation.

  3. Strong knowledge of PFRS, BIR regulations, and SEC compliance.

  4. Familiar with eFPS, eBIRForms, and Alphalist software.

  5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

  6. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

  7. Willing to be located in Quezon City.

  8. Mon - Fri working days.
