Job Summary

The Treasury Officer – Disbursement is responsible for processing and controlling all company disbursements, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant release of funds in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process cash, check, and bank transfer disbursements
  • Review and verify disbursement requests, supporting documents, and approvals
  • Prepare checks, fund transfers, and payment schedules
  • Ensure proper recording and posting of disbursement transactions
  • Maintain disbursement logs, files, and treasury records
  • Coordinate with accounting, purchasing, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and treasury reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in treasury, accounting, or disbursement functions is an advantage
  • Knowledge of cash management, banking processes, and internal controls
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
