Treasury Officer

Job Summary:
The Treasury Officer is responsible for managing checks, payments, collections, deposits, petty cash, and daily reconciliations to ensure accurate, timely, and secure financial transactions for both corporate office and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor incoming and outgoing checks, ensuring timely release of payments.
- Prepare and validate daily bank deposits and perform accurate cash reconciliations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding payment-related inquiries.
- Conduct periodic and surprise cash audits in restaurant branches.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper safekeeping of all treasury-related documents.
- Perform other treasury-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Treasury Officer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays when required.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
