TREASURY OFFICER

  • Manages school receivables and payables
  • Regularly prepares revenue and disbursement reports
  • Oversees and ensures that employee payroll and compensation is managed and released on time
  • Acts as the custodian of the petty cash fund
  • Manages and monitors approved scholarship grants for both employees and dependents
  • Recommends revenue and disbursement guidelines
  • Able to perform the functions of staff under him
  • Ensures that the functions of staff under him are accomplished and reports are submitted in an accurate, comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Manages, mentors staff and evaluates their performance
  • From time to time, submits reports to the finance department of the PHINMA Education Network
  • Accomplishes other responsibilities assigned by the Accounting Supervisor and Comptroller
