Job description:

Preparing, requesting, ordering, checking, monitoring, updating, filing and reporting of project's materials, tools and project's administrative expenses according to project budget.

Securing the requested and purchased materials, tools, equipment and administrative supplies from issuance, pull-out until project completion.

Preparing, checking, securing and monitoring daily accomplishment of laborers/frontliners/manpower including ensuring that the daily target quota will be met.

Managing the work-related tasks of laborers/frontliners/manpower to prevent hindrance on achieving the daily quota including but not limited to: Staff house or barracks if project or budget permits

o Equipment and tools

o Consumables and fixings

o Pooling of manpower/laborers/frontliners

o Daily attendance of manpower/laborers/frontliners

o Delegating of daily tasks and activities to manpower/laborers/frontliners

Preparing, checking, monitoring, filing and reporting of Project Schedule, Billing Format, Manpower Loading and Progress Billing from submission until approval and evaluation.

Preparing, checking, monitoring, filing and reporting Project's Accomplishment including attending coordination meeting as required by project's site.

Preparing, checking, monitoring, filing and reporting of project's accomplishment and projected billing

Checking, evaluating, compiling the sub-contractor's contracts and progress billing

In-charge in coordination from client - project site – head office

Performing calculations for materials including wind-load calculations

Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into Auto-cad drawings.

Act as safety officer and compile safety programs. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.

Reviewing and checking of cutting list, fabrication drawing, shop drawing and material specification and ensuring that the mentioned are all in accordance with approved shop drawing and/or actual site condition

Coordinating with Chinese suppliers for indent materials

Filing and securing of purchase order, schedules, shop drawing, cutting list, fabrication drawing, billings, project handover and project's certificate of completion and accomplishment.

Suggest and/or find solutions on site technical issues and matters with consideration on cost efficiency.

Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending upon management prerogative and decision.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Civil/ Mechanical Engineer or any related field

Experience:

  • Project Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
