Job Summary:

Responsible on the transmittal of bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic / Tactical
  • Oversees the complete cash forecasting process and fund movements for designated accounts.
  • Handles import-related payables using verified and approved client documentation.
  • Ensures remittance documents are issued without delay.
  • Provides prompt and professional responses to both internal and external inquiries.
  • Reports and Analytics
  • Prepares bank reconciliations, cash projections, and cash flow summaries.
  • Tracks and monitors the status of importation payments.
  • Process and Compliance
  • Guarantees the accuracy and timeliness of all financial information and reports.
  • Adheres to submission deadlines for reports and compliance requirements.
  • Follows reconciliation timelines and adjusts to any approved process updates.
  • Leadership
  • Participates in training programs and company events.
  • Recommends enhancements for process efficiency.
  • Completes additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in cash management and treasury operations.
  • Demonstrated background in handling general ledger activities.
  • Experience in both General Accounting and Treasury functions.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Skilled in using accounting tools such as SAP and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong accuracy and a commitment to integrity.
