Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and tools, ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

For Machine Set up operations:

  • Install and secure the correct cutting dies for each job.
  • Load materials onto the die-cutting machine's bed.
  • Adjust machine settings and operations, such as raising or lowering the machine's head, to match the material and desired cut.
  • Feed material into the machine and activate the ram to force the die through the material.
  • Can Operate Automatic and Manual diecut machine.
  • Setting Blades, Diecutting Boxes and Sticker Labels.
  • Perform basic maintenance on the die-cutting equipment.
  • Monitor equipment for malfunctions during operation.
  • Notify supervision or maintenance when more significant repairs are needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a automatic diecutting machine.
  • Knowledge of mechanical principles, machining processes, and materials handling techniques.
  • Ability to operate hand tools effectively and safely within an assembly line environment.
  • With problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quality control measures.
  • Have a ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
