Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Head, Legal and Compliance in the delivery of efficient, timely and reliable legal services to the Company;
  • Renders support to the Head, Legal and Compliance in ensuring that the Company complies with all relevant laws and obligations arising from licenses, laws and contracts entered into.
  • Prepares and reviews contracts, agreements or deeds with the end in view of upholding and protecting the rights and interests of the Company;
  • Represents the Company in all cases filed against it;
  • Renders legal opinion as requested;
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time;
  • Implements and complies with ISO 9001: current version-QMS

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Of Laws
  • Bar Passer
  • Must be proficient in negotiation and must have an experience in handling all kinds of cases.
  • Must have a keen attention to detail with sound management and decision making skills.
  • Must possess the ability to identify and manage risks to avoid financial exposure of the Company.
  • Must also have excellent analytical skills with a strong moral code and sense of ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
