RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review of Daily sales monitoring and deposits;
  • Preparation of daily cash position report;
  • Posts journal voucher entries of sales and deposits;
  • Maintains DSR files from stores/branches;
  • Releasing of payments to vendors;
  • Prepare certified monthly sales report;
  • Perform other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Business course, preferably with major in Accounting;
  • At least 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Knowledgeable in tax treatment of sales;
  • Highly organized and keen to details;
  • Proficient in using MS Office;
  • Must be fluent in both English and Tagalog written & verbal;
  • Retail experience is an advantage
