Join IWG as an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage billing queries, customer balances, and process improvements in a dynamic global workspace environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process all queries and escalations related to Billing and Accounts Receivable within defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Conduct reconciliation of customer balances, cash application, journal entries, write-offs, and retainer offset activities.
  • Process customer deposit refunds.
  • Coordinate with GSC, centre teams, and LSC teams to resolve queries and escalations effectively.
  • Escalate critical issues to team leads and manager for quick resolution.
  • Identify and deliver process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as SME and point of contact for aged customer balances.
  • Review and clear customer account balances.
  • Provide reporting support to Team Leads and Manager.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with clear communication, fast responses, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to anticipate customer and supplier needs and commitment to excellent customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivables, billing, customer payments, collections, and/or accounts payable processes is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Solid organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding environment.
  • Team builder who values teamwork.
  • Highly proficient in various accounting applications.
  • Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.
