JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure that kitchen areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed.
  • Assist Chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Responsible for washing dishes, china wares, kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Background in doing inventory of kitchen equipment and utensils is an advantage
  • Perform other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Has good attitude and hardworking.
  • Good oral / written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable on cleaning materials for kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules.
  • Can start immediately

NO WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
