As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring that products are readily available for distribution. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Reach Truck: Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and Unload: Load and unload materials from trucks and other transport vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately locate, relocate, and stack merchandise according to warehouse layout and inventory management systems.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assist in fulfilling orders by retrieving items from storage locations and delivering them to designated areas.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing debris and ensuring proper storage of materials.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including conducting daily equipment inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Inventory Counts: Participate in physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of materials moved and inventory levels.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on reach trucks, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure, and report any mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating a reach truck or other forklift equipment is preferred.
  • Valid NCII certificate.
  • Proficiency in operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods, as well as lift and move heavy objects.
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately locate and relocate merchandise.
  • Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to identify and resolve minor equipment issues and report any major problems to maintenance personnel.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php750.00 per day
