Responsibilities:

Supplier & Vendor Management

  • Create, edit, and validate supplier documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Update supplier records and maintain comprehensive supplier documentation
  • Monitor and report on supplier and buyer performance metrics
  • Coordinate with suppliers on document requirements and updates

Product & Item Management

  • Create and manage all item entries excluding regular product lines
  • Execute comprehensive item editions including all types of item changes and modifications
  • Maintain accurate item records across all product categories
  • Validate and confirm all product data integrity

Pricing & Cost Operations

  • Execute price updates and load pricing data into systems
  • Perform cost updates and load cost information for accurate financial reporting
  • Verify and confirm cost differences to ensure pricing accuracy
  • Monitor and report on negative margin items across divisions
  • Support refund and WAC (Wholesale Acquisition Cost) adjustments as needed

Deal & Promotion Management

  • Post fixed deals to the system
  • Support all promotion-related tasks and initiatives
  • Execute deal validation for both complex and in-store promotions
  • Post and reconcile complex deals ensuring accuracy
  • Track promotion performance and effectiveness

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create daily sales and balance left reports by format type (FF, NF, DF)
  • Generate sales below cost reports by division
  • Prepare MM (Merchandising Management) performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years in related field
  • Background and experience in large format retail
  • Willing to work in Makati City, Philippines
