We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you'll support the account management team by maintaining client

relationships, coordinating project deliverables, and helping ensure customer satisfaction.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow in a client-facing role within a fast

paced and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving

issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations and finance) to ensure

deliverables are met on time and within scope.

  • Prepare and update reports, presentations, and account documentation.

  • Monitor account performance metrics and report insights to senior managers.

  • Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or

products.

  • Support the execution of campaigns, projects, or client initiatives from planning

through completion.

  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure client data is up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, client services, sales support, or a

related field (internships count).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM

software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
