About the Role

This role will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, managing social media, coordinating influencer marketing, and supporting brand activations to drive sales and engagement.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven — someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Ad Spend Efficiency (Cost per Result within budget, ROI ≥2%)
  • Adherence to Approved Ad Budget (100%)
  • Brand Promo Sales Contribution ≥2% of brand sales
  • Influencer Marketing Deliverables 100% (visits, posts, and content uploads)
  • Graphics Output ≥20 designs/week per artist
  • Campaign Launch Timeliness ≥95%
  • Social Media Engagement Rate ≥5%
  • Event & Activation Execution 100% on schedule
  • Weekly Marketing Report Submission (100%)
