  1. Provide direction and outputs for designers and other members of the marketing unit with adherence to the set brand guidelines.
  2. Oversee and/or check if all submitted creative outputs by the designers are within the brand guidelines
  3. Manage and troubleshoot any possible bottlenecks, challenges, or issues during projects.
  4. Give clear and achievable deadlines or timelines to designers
  5. Set clear goals, direction, and expectations to the marketing team
  6. Constantly checking on progress of tasks and projects involved
  7. Promptly check and provide clear feedback to designers and their output
  8. Manage and collaborate with designers from various marketing teams across different SBUs.
  9. Respond promptly to concerns and sentiments related to the project.

  10. Navigate and manage conflicting attitudes and ideas effectively.
