Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in general accounting.
  • Solid knowledge and skills in SAP software.
  • Certified Public Accountant / Certified Management Accountant is an advantage.
  • Can lead, manage, and coach employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monthly review of the aging report for all channels (online, concession, outright, institutional, and international).
  • Ensures that SAP aging per customer is tallied per manual monitoring if any.
  • Ensures that all boutiques, direct selling stores, and extra area sales including manual sales are recorded in SAP based on deadline.
  • Ensures that controls on cash sales are being implemented and followed by stores.
  • Ensures that all BIR Sales reports are submitted to the compliance team on time.
  • Review current processes that need improvement for sales and receivables.
  • Review all reports before final submission to the FR team, operations team, or as requested.
  • Ensures that all payments received from customers are recorded in SAP on time.
  • Review and report any exemptions on monthly closing deliverables.
  • Coach and develop the team members.
  • Collaborate with another department such as operations for issues and concerns.
