The Senior Professional Medical Representative / Product Specialist is responsible for promoting and driving the sales performance of our product portfolio within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospital environment, key therapeutic areas, and the ability to engage healthcare professionals to build long-term partnerships that support patient care and business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Hospital Inclusion processes and account management.
  • Preferably with established exposure in Anesthesia, Gastroenterology, and Nephrology markets.
  • Strong network and established relationships with hospital decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC – St. Luke's and the entire Taguig area.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Promotion

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory targets.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and detailing to healthcare professionals in line with brand strategies.
  • Implement territory-specific initiatives to increase market share and product visibility.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face calls and follow-ups to address the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Organize and facilitate educational sessions, workshops, and scientific meetings to support clinical knowledge and product adoption.
  • Provide up-to-date scientific, clinical, and product information aligned with company positioning.
  • Gather actionable feedback from healthcare professionals to support business and product improvements.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospital formulary changes within the assigned territory.
  • Provide timely market intelligence to marketing, product management, and business development teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional business reviews to align territory strategies with corporate goals.

4. Product & Supply Coordination

  • Ensure consistent availability of products within assigned accounts by coordinating with supply chain and distributor partners.
  • Track inventory movement to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
  • Support product demand forecasting through accurate territory data reporting.
