About the role

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of our premium furniture shop located in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will involve leading a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure the store meets its sales targets.What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service

Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to customers

Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement

Liaise with the head office on various operational and strategic matters

Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 year's experience in a retail store supervisory role, preferably in the furniture industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in inventory management and data analysis

Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant tertiary qualification in Retail Management or a related field
