Senior Analytics Specialist

We're looking for a data-driven leader who thrives in solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and driving business impact through actionable insights. If you're an experienced Senior Data Analyst who goes beyond dashboards and can turn data into strategy, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a key member of goFLUENT's Analytics team, you'll be responsible for turning high-volume, high-velocity data into meaningful business insights that influence strategic decisions. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, using your expertise in advanced analytics, data visualization, and modern data tools to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and machine learning algorithms to support long-term strategic planning and real-time decision-making.
• Build scalable, data-driven frameworks that support business hypotheses and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Advanced Data Visualization & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or other BI platforms.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and influence.
• Lead the adoption of next-gen visualization techniques and drive improvements in dashboard performance and storytelling.

Collaboration & Influence

• Partner with teams across the business (Technology, Operations, Product, Sales, etc.) to understand their data needs and translate them into clear analytical deliverables.
• Communicate data findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership and C-level executives.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts, helping elevate the team's overall capabilities and analytical maturity.

Data Governance & Process Improvement

• Own data quality by collaborating with engineering and database teams to ensure reliable ETL processes and accurate reporting.
• Continuously assess and optimize data workflows, reporting pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
• Champion best practices in data handling, governance, and security.

Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, ideally in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
• Demonstrable experience using Tableau or similar BI visualization tools, along with familiarity in migrating and recreating dashboards.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable performing database investigations, data extraction, and data view creation.
• Experience with Python (preferred), enabling consistent and scalable analytical practices.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and tools; able to apply statistical reasoning to practical business contexts.
• Exposure to other data visualization tools is a plus.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Strong analytical thinking skills, detail-oriented, and precise in analyzing and disseminating complex information.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by challenges.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to work on-site in Eastwood City, Quezon City.
