About the role

This role involves a combination of business acumen, project management, and technology expertise, requiring collaboration with various teams to align business and technology strategies.  Key responsibilities include needs assessment, solution design, technology integration, performance monitoring, and communication with stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and post-delivery support
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in the IT or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, technology-enabled projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
