Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in Hotel or Hospitality/Marketing Management
  • Proven experience in hotel sales, marketing, or hospitality management
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, events, and travel agencies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, monitor competitors, and understand customer preferences.
  • Manage both online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with clients and agencies.
  • Collaborate with operations and front office teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Oversee and enhance the hotel's reputation by monitoring guest reviews and feedback.
  • Willing to work in Ormoc, Baybay, Palo, Abucay Leyte
