The Cashier plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experience by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating closely with internal teams. The Cashier will act as the bridge between our customers, kitchen staff, riders, and management to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chat with customers and respond quickly to their questions or comments
  • Reply to feedback on social media and other platforms
  • Take and confirm customer orders accurately
  • Check with management to verify payments before confirming orders
  • Coordinate with the kitchen for advance and same-day orders
  • Work with delivery riders to ensure orders go out on time
  • Help customers with any concerns to make sure they're happy
  • Record all orders in the system correctly
  • Send confirmed orders to the right branch

Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate
  • College graduate is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Can stay calm and professional even when it's busy
  • Knows how to use messaging apps, spreadsheets, and basic order tracking tools
  • Works well independently and can take initiative
  • Proficient in English (written)

  • Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday
