JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises implementation of approved projects, modification, construction, servicing, testing and commissioning including distribution of manpower resources. Ensures quality of service and safety of the personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts survey of work order and evaluate materials and labor cost estimate. (Requirement and scope of work will be discussed with customer).
  • Prepares work schedule, bar chart and targets of all projects for implementation and monitoring.
  • Evaluates and monitors project activities and bar chart.
  • Evaluates and prepares all materials requisition for projects and submit to Foreman / Team Leader for approval.
  • Ensures implementation of rules and regulation of the company, housekeeping and safety.
  • Establishes good human relation and rapport with his personnel as well as with the personnel of other department, to assure their continuous support and cooperation in attaining the company's common goal.
  • Actual on-the-job coaching of assigned personnel.
  • Makes sure that all projects are completed on time, in the best quality and at the safest conditions.
  • Recommends subordinate for promotion, disciplinary action and termination within the section.
  • Tests and commissions completed project prior to turnover.

QUALIFICATION:

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

  • Must be a graduate of BS Engineering in Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Registered Electrical Engineer / Electronics Engineer
  • Experience is an advantage.
