We're looking for a BIM MEPFS who enjoys working on innovative building projects and using technology to make great design happen. In this role, you'll help develop and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems using BIM tools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth collaboration across all project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit or ArchiCAD.
  • Coordinate closely with architectural and structural teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation for MEP systems.
  • Review and update designs based on project changes, standards, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
  • Support coordination meetings with consultants and internal project teams.
  • Conduct quality checks on MEP drawings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents and shop drawings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Must be a Licensed Engineer (PRC Registered).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in MEP design and BIM documentation.
  • Proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD, or other BIM software.
  • Strong understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, power, lighting, and plumbing.
  • Familiar with building codes, safety standards, and MEP coordination practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby provinces.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
