BIM Specialist

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Specialist to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in Revit and ArchiCAD, who can create accurate 3D models and technical drawings for architectural and engineering projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology (Drafting major).
• 5-10 years of experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter or similar role.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD).
• Strong knowledge of building construction and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with excellent drafting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in architectural, electrical, and construction projects is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferably based in Clark, Pampanga.
• Immediate availability is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
