MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Management.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related fin Finance and Payroll.
  • With good communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with the operations team.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Project.

· JOB SUMMARY:

  • Assisting the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
  • Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases.
  • Assists the Finance Manager with all concerned department in relation with sales, COD, cashflow and expense reports transaction.
  • Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Providing assistance and reports with payroll administration.
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Willing to travel within Bicol Region.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
