About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued retail clients. Working in a blended account, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries and transactions, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for all. This position is based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Processing customer transactions, such as orders, returns, and account updates, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  • Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills

What we're looking for

  • At least 6months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in English and local languages, such as Filipino, is preferred
