The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's cosmetic products. This role involves identifying opportunities, presenting product solutions, and contributing to the company's sales targets through excellent customer service and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including distributors, retail stores, salons, dermatology clinics, and beauty centers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by promoting and selling the company's cosmetic products.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and address concerns or product inquiries promptly.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company's product lines, including ingredients, benefits, and application methods.
  • Educate customers on product features, proper usage, and market positioning.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, and product launches.

4. Market Research & Competitor Monitoring

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Provide regular market insights to the sales and marketing teams.

5. Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and pricing guidelines.

6. Coordination & Team Support

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on promotional strategies and product positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG (is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty industry trends is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, events, and sales activities.
  • Work on-site at Novaliches, Quezon City, Monday to Friday.
