Job Summary:

The Accounting Assistant provides support to the accounting department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of financial records and reports, maintaining accurate financial data, processing transactions, reconciling bank statements, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Accounting Information Technology or management accounting.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in operating a fast-paced, high-pressure Accounting environment
  • Newly Graduate is welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • With background in Quickbooks or SAP is an advantage
  • Can start immediately
