About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at Pinnacle Homes Realty and Development Corporation. As a full-time Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our growing real estate development company based in Guadalupe Nuevo Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  • Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring the timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of financial information
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department

What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting assistant or bookkeeping role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant digital tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Keen interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to providing high-quality financial support
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
