Sales Admin Associate

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Sales Admin in all clerical/non critical work
- Files and organizes documents such as 201 files, certifications and contracts
- Assists in scheduling and assignment of meeting rooms
- Prepares and issues IDs of accredited sellers
- Processes request for office supplies on a regular basis
- Maintains monitoring for contracts, IDs and office supplies
- Routes memos, reports and other relevant documents to other departments
- Performs customer service functions by answering sellers' inquiries and requests
- Performs other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Office Administration or any related field
- Amenable to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
