Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising Finished Goods warehousing operations and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Oversees the Back Load Section for Bad Order (BO) returns and manages the receipt of incoming oil tanker deliveries.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare Receiving Reports of Goods Return (RRGR) from various distributors, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
  • Verify daily filling production reports to ensure data accuracy and production consistency.
  • Monitor daily inventory of finished goods by reconciling SAP records with actual physical stock counts.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing deliveries of oil tankers, including both imported and locally purchased products.
  • Check Sales Invoices (SI) delivered to various customers and ensure timely transmittal to the Credit & Collection (C&C) Department.
  • Schedule retrieval of Bad Order (BO) returns from various outlets, ensuring coordination and timely collection.
  • Prepare outside truckers' billings on a weekly basis, ensuring correctness of charges and timely submission.
  • Process container van billings received from various distributors.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts, including quarterly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory, to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the MCD Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Experience in handling returns, inventory audits, and logistics billing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
