About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Promoters for our Xiaomi brand in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating Xiaomi's range of consumer electronics products to potential customers in-store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs and interests
  2. Demonstrating Xiaomi products and educating customers on their features and benefits
  3. Assisting customers with product information and purchase decisions
  4. Maintaining a tidy and presentable product display area
  5. Providing feedback to the team on customer feedback and market trends
  6. Supporting store sales targets and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers
  3. Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
  4. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to communicate features and benefits effectively
  5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
  6. A positive, energetic and friendly personality
