Qualifications required:

  • At least college level in education
  • Culinary school is preferred but not always necessary
  • Previous kitchen experience , typically 2-3 years, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Standard.
  • Food handler's permit or food safety certification an advantage.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for preparing items based on customer orders.
  • Consistently prepare and cook all products to meet the established quality standards.
  • Efficiently set up and restock food items and necessary supplies.
  • Implement portion control practices to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards food quality, preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean cooking area and adhere to food sanitation requirements by property handling food, ensuring correct storage and following personal hygiene standards,
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the kitchen Specialist & Associate.
