Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a SAP S4 Hana System Administrator to join our growing IT team in Manila.

The tasks you'll perform

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP related issue raised by end users, ensuring to provide timely and effective technical and business solutions.
• Provide L1 and L2 production support for SAP Modules including Finance (FICO), Procurement (MM), Sale and Marketing (SD), Project Systems (PS) and Time Management.
• Set up new projects, administer delegations of approvals and handle vendor master setups.
• Analyse recurring issues and propose long-term solutions or preventive measures.
• Assist in user training and development of materials when necessary.
• Maintain and update system documentation and configuration records when necessary.
• Enforce data management policies, standards and compliance on data creation, validation, maintenance, and archiving.
• Identify and address data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support system integration points between SAP and other applications, i.e. SF Employee Central (EC), ECP, Ariba etc.
• Participate in testing activities including unit testing, regression testing and UAT support.

The expertise you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
• Ability to write or understand basic functional specs for developers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-have:

• SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, or related modules.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Authorization (Security) and SAP Fiori Processes
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is an advantage

Working Conditions:

• This position may require occasional travel to support international entities.
• The role may involve working outside regular business hours to perform system maintenance and upgrades.
