Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a SAP S4 Hana System Administrator to join our growing IT team in Manila.

The tasks you'll perform

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP related issue raised by end users, ensuring to provide timely and effective technical and business solutions. Provide L1 and L2 production support for SAP Modules including Finance (FICO), Procurement (MM), Sale and Marketing (SD), and Time Management. Set up new projects, administer delegations of approvals and handle vendor master setups.

Analyse recurring issues and propose long-term solutions or preventive measures. Assist in user training and development of materials when necessary. Maintain and update system documentation and configuration records when necessary.

Enforce data management policies, standards and compliance on data creation, validation, maintenance, and archiving. Identify and address data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions. Support system integration points between SAP and other applications, i.e. SF Employee Central (EC), ECP, Ariba etc.

Participate in testing activities including unit testing, regression testing and UAT support. The expertise you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5 years' experience in a similar role.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments

Ability to write or understand basic functional specs for developers

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Nice-to-have:SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, or related modules.Basic knowledge of SAP Authorization (Security) and SAP Fiori ProcessesBasic knowledge of ABAP debugging is an advantage

Working Conditions:This position may require occasional travel to support international entities.The role may involve working outside regular business hours to perform system maintenance and upgrades.The benefits we'll provide
