The Work:As a Business & Integration consultant in the SAP Data Management practice, you will focus on designing and implementing strategies to help transform an organization's buying and sourcing strategies, whether on a small or large scale. You will spend the majority of your time learning about and recommending various strategies, processes, and technologies.Responsibilities of the role will include:Shape and deliver business transformation projects

Run diagnostic and assessment activities, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis

Execute client engagements such as operating model design and implementation

Develop new strategies, high-level to-be processes, and organizational designs leveraging existing best practices and the company's assets

Develop plans to ensure the successful implementation of the recommended strategies

Implement process and organizational changes, including change management

Collaborate seamlessly with clients' internal resources to meet their business needs

Lead problem-solving efforts, defining issues, and developing work plans based on experience

Meet project deadlines by adhering to the project plan

Client Relationship Development and ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

Manage stakeholder relationships and communications throughout projects

Support drafting proposals

Participate in practice building activities such as thought leadership and market offering development

Support development of service offerings and value propositions

Contribute to IP and white papers

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to extract knowledge

Prepare project case studies to showcase capabilities

Heres what you'll need:Solid experience in Master Data Management or Governance from consultancy or industry roles

Experience Required:SAP Master Data Governance Tools: SAP ABAP skills, RICEFW development, SAP workflows, BRF, FPM, familiarity with SAP MDG data models, CVI, architecture, deployment approachesSAP Business Objects: Building extraction jobs, mapping/transformation, SAP BODS, SQL, lookup functions, joins, queries, validationsSAP Master Data Migration: Building load tools like LSMW, ABAP programs, understanding SAP data tables, mock conversionsSAP S4 HANA Migration: Building load tools like LTMC, ABAP, performing mock conversions for S4 HANA projectsSAP Syniti Data Migration: Configuring transformation rules, reports using Syniti ADM, mock conversions
