About the role

Aljay Agro-Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to our Ilocos Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our innovative agricultural solutions to a diverse client base. Your role will be crucial in expanding our market presence and contributing to the continued growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities within the agricultural sector
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
  • Demonstrating and educating clients on the features and benefits of our product portfolio
  • Providing technical support and consulting to clients to help them find the best solutions for their needs
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline, and providing regular reports to management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or account management role, preferably within the agricultural industry
  • Strong understanding of agricultural products, technologies and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
  • Graduate of Agriculture or any related courses
