LOCATION: Work From Home (Manila)

POSITION: USRN - Support & Leadership Roles

WORK SET-UP: Pure WFH

SCHEDULE: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule 24/7

START DATE: Urgent / ASAP

(JOB DESCRIPTION)

  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.

(COMPENSATIONS)

  • USRN Process Trainer - PHP 90,000 to PHP 110,000 Salary
  • USRN QA - PHP 90,000 to PHP 100,000 Salary

(REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Must have an active PRC License and USRN License
  • Strictly with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Trainer / QA in a BPO USRN Setting
  • Above Average English Communication Skills
  • Amenable to work ONSITE and with Shifting schedules
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
