Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the daily operations of designated stores to ensure smooth business performance.
  • Track sales performance and assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct daily store inspections, ensuring product quality, hygiene, safety, and excellent customer service.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to store managers and staff to improve service and operational standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve store performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular store operation reports to the company.

Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years' experience in
    bakery, bread, cake, or café chain store management and operations
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent service.
