About the role As a Store Supervisor at Anyone Can Cook Inc.', you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores located in Metro Manila. This full-time position will see you leading a team of passionate retail associates, driving sales, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to retail associates to develop their skills and enhance the customer experience
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive sales, meet targets, and maximise store profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to identify opportunities for store improvements and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and inventory management to drive store performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and regional management
  • Familiarity with retail operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and store presentation

About us Purple Oven was established back in 1999 in Vancouver St., Cubao. For 10 years, it stayed as a wholesale business, catering to different clients such as Starbucks. In 2009, we opened our first retail store and since then, we have now 9 Purple Oven Stores located in Quezon City, San Juan, Pasig, Makati, Muntinlupa, and Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Besides Purple Oven, we also have our sister-brands which are Goffa and Village Cook.
